Every pattern is counted stitch by stitch — no guessing, ever. Each puppet has its own construction (the frog is worked flat in bold intarsia stripes; the peacock spider's fan is charted AND written out from the same grid, so they can never disagree), a yarn totals table up front with grams, metres and yards per colour for every puppet and the whole set, and a story-time tip from our family to yours.

YOU WILL NEED
DK (8 ply) yarn in the listed colours, 3.25 mm (US 3) double-pointed needles, a tapestry needle, and a pinch of stuffing for the domed heads.
SAFETY, ALWAYS
Every face is embroidered — no plastic safety eyes, no buttons, no beads, and no detachable small parts. Sew firmly, pull-test before play, and supervise babies and toddlers, please.
Skill level: confident beginner onwards — you should be able to knit, purl, increase (kfb) and decrease (k2tog, ssk). I-cord and intarsia are explained in the pack.
