Description
🎄 Aussie Christian Bible Covers for Adults Vol 6 — 12 original knit patterns (PDF, 27 pages).
LOVE in cream letters, a gold Jerusalem cross, lily of the valley, Noah's ark, a rainbow lorikeet and an azure kingfisher bring the stories of the Bible to church and Bible study groups across Australia
This collection includes 12 original patterns: LOVE, Jerusalem Cross, Lily of the Valley, Resurrection Butterfly, Rainbow Lorikeet, Frangipani, Light of the World Candle, Manger and Star, Ten Commandments, Noah's Ark, Wombat and Kingfisher.
Each of the 12 patterns includes:
• A dedicated photo page
• Pattern-at-a-glance box (type, size, colours, level)
• Full round-by-round instructions with stitch counts on every round
• Two fits in every pattern: a standard Bible fit (about 6.75 x 10 in) and a large-print/study Bible fit (about 7.75 x 11 in), so there is a cover for the Bible on the shelf and the big study Bible on the desk
• Every motif is duplicate stitch — knit the plain cover first, then stitch the picture on with a tapestry needle; no colourwork while you knit
Skill level: Confident beginner. DK weight yarn, 4 mm circular or DPNs. Two Bible fits included.
KNITTING PATTERN only — not finished items. Twelve Bible covers to knit and stitch yourself, in a downloadable PDF you can print at home or read on a tablet at church, at Bible study, or in the Sunday School room.
A thoughtful handmade gift for Sunday School teachers, pastors, church friends, Bible study groups and confirmations — an Aussie Christian keepsake for the Bible they carry every week.
