Description
🪀 Aussie Nursery Crochet Vol 2 — 12 original crochet patterns (PDF, 30 pages).
The nursery's play shelf, crocheted in soft Australian baby yarn: a gum leaf pram garland and a beaded pram chain for walks, a koala rattle ring and a kookaburra rattle (with a laugh in it), bobble and rainbow sensory balls, a tag square, a six-texture sensory cube, a soft ring stacker and a covered wooden teether ring. Gentle Aussie textures for little hands, from our Aussie family shop — gum leaves, gumnuts and blossom included, because an Australian pram deserves Australian yarn-work.
This collection includes 12 original patterns: Gum Leaf Pram Garland, Koala Rattle Ring, Bobble Sensory Ball, Rainbow Segments Ball, Sensory Tag Square, Bunny Rattle, Aussie Bird Rattle, Pram Chain, Sensory Cube, Soft Ring Stacker, High-Contrast Ball and Wooden Ring Teether Cover.
Each of the 12 patterns includes:
• Its own dedicated solo photo page — every item photographed individually
• Pattern-at-a-glance box (type, finished size, pieces, yarn, level)
• Full round-by-round and row-by-row instructions in US crochet terms, with the stitch count stated at the end of every round and row
• Step-by-step assembly, including enclosing the bought rattle inserts and covering the bought wooden rings (rings and inserts are bought separately, not included)
• A maker's tip for every design
SAFETY — please read: rattles and sensory items are for SUPERVISED play only and are never cot toys or sleep aids. Embroider features instead of using plastic safety eyes for under-3s — there are no safety eyes or detachable small parts in these designs; rattle inserts are fully enclosed in firm crochet and every join is sewn with two passes of stitches. The pram garland and chain tie where baby can see but not reach them, and are removed for sleep.
Skill level: Confident beginner. Soft DK baby yarn, 3.5 mm (US E-4) hook. Balls about 11 cm across; rattles about 17-20 cm tall.
CROCHET PATTERN only — not finished items. This is a digital PDF download; no physical item will be shipped. Wooden rings and rattle inserts are bought separately and are not included.
