Do prices include tax?
No. If your state or country charges sales tax or VAT on digital downloads, it’s added at checkout and shown in full before you pay. Paddle, our payment provider, collects and remits all taxes.
How do I get my files?
Instantly. As soon as checkout is complete, your download links are on the confirmation screen, and they’re always waiting in My Account under Downloads. No shipping, no waiting for post.
What do I need to open my purchase?
Patterns and books are PDF files — any phone, tablet or computer with a free PDF reader will open them. Audio stories are MP3 files that play on any device.
Can I download my files more than once?
Yes. Each file can be downloaded up to 10 times from your account, so you can keep a copy on your computer, phone and tablet.
How do I print a pattern?
Print at 100% scale on US Letter or A4. Where a pattern includes a test square, measure it before you cut or sew — if the square measures right, everything else will too.
Can I sell items I make from your patterns?
Yes — finished items made from our knitting, crochet and macramé patterns may be sold in small batches; we just ask that you credit Alandtina as the pattern designer. The digital files themselves may not be shared, resold or redistributed, and finished items may not be mass-produced.
Do you sell physical items?
No — everything in our shop is a digital download. Nothing will be posted to you.
What if there’s a problem with my file?
Sales of digital downloads are final, but if a file is faulty, incomplete or won’t download, email us and we’ll fix it or make it right. That’s a promise.
